For many years I was a woman holding up a lot of things: a family, a marriage of more than 40 years, responsibilities, businesses, projects, dreams, and also silences that I often didn't say out loud. From the outside I could look like a strong, capable, stable, successful woman, but inside there were moments when I felt disconnected from myself, from my peace, from my purpose, and from the woman God had created in me.

I've lived through very deep processes: migrating to another country, starting over, building a business in the United States together with my family, facing personal challenges, going through a separation after decades of marriage, looking pain, loss, confusion, and the need to find myself again straight in the eye.

Along that path I understood something that transformed my life: many times the problem isn't that a woman doesn't want to change. The problem is that she tries to change her life without first changing her identity, her beliefs, her spiritual connection, and the decisions she makes every day.

From that experience my book El Día que Me Elegí was born, along with my movement Mujer Que Se Elige (Woman Who Chooses Herself) and my method El Código de la Mujer que se Elige (The Woman Who Chooses Herself Code), a process that integrates divine reconnection, mental reprogramming, identity reconstruction, and conscious daily action.

Today I walk alongside women who feel insufficient, insecure, disconnected, or lost, so they can recover their peace, their self-esteem, their clarity, and their purpose. I don't speak from theory. I speak from a real life of reconstruction, faith, discipline, learning, entrepreneurship, and transformation.
